Terms for using Replier
These terms explain how Replier subscriptions, acceptable use, account access, and AI-generated outputs work.
Service scope
Replier provides AI-assisted reply suggestions, rewrites, and summaries. It is a productivity tool only.
The service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, delivery outcomes, or business results.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any generated text before sending, sharing, or relying on it.
AI output limitations
Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
Replier should not be used as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, employment, compliance, or safety-critical advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of submitted content and generated output complies with applicable laws, contracts, and third-party rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Apple in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Replier to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content or prompts.
Do not upload or process data you do not have the right to use.
Do not attempt to abuse quotas, reverse engineer the service, interfere with normal operation, or use the product in a way that could harm Replier, its providers, or other users.
Accounts, access, and availability
Anonymous device accounts may later be upgraded by linking an email address.
Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or satisfy platform requirements.
Legal terms and contact
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replier is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from your use of the service.
If you do not provide custom terms in App Store Connect, Apple may apply its standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
